I love these apartments. They are GREAT. The community is very small and the office staff as well as the maintenance staff are just great. They are always friendly and in a good mood and they get the job done. If you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood thats still very close to everything and in a newly renovated condition you should seriously consider this complex.

Be wary of Post Apartments Harbour Island. The noise is out of control. Management is unwilling to discipline noisy and unruly tenants. Workers have been breaking into apartments. It is just one more Tampa trailer park.
