I just want to share my experience , that I got from Westside Rentals. They are really the best when it comes to satisfaction of customers and fulfilling their needs.
Westside Rentals really have very sound relationship with their landlords, they both are like family. I found this thing myself, when I got my apartment through Westside Rentals 7 months before.

Its not just my case many of my friends had got benefited from them. You know landlords haven't interfered till now in our life till now. There are no strict rules and regulation , from landlords side as many do impose , just because I got my apartment from Westside Rentals.

Westside Rentals have really a long list of apartments in different locations , almost for all range of prices, especially in area near los-angeles and santa-monica.I am really thankful to them, for finding me such a nice apartment and a hassle free life from landlords.

Jessica I have never lived there. I'm trying to help someone who has to drop out of school. His lease is in effect until August. I guess it's affordable housing for the students who live there. Were you able to break your lease or did you endure the conditions until the lease expired?

I lived in Uhouse during the summer of 2007. One of the roommates smoked pot inside the apartment, inside! In the living room! This guy had apparently lived in that apartment for several years when I got there, and you could tell. From the stolen signs that he hung on the wall, to the trashed kitchen, ruined appliances, holes in the wall etc. At one point, he broke the window because he locked himself out - still couldn't get in, so he kicked the door down. University house tried to tack all of the roommates with the fees because it "was in the commons area" - Of course the guy refused to pay. What did Uhouse do for us? Absolutely nothing.

Aside from the bad experience inside the apartment, the outside of the apartment was no better, broken glass everywhere. spray paint on the sidewalks, paintball splatters on doors. I used to work nights at a retail store in waterford lakes and I would come home to a line up of cops outside the apartment building.

It was bad, I don't recommend it to anyone. I'm living at an apartment complex off of Dean Rd and it's 100 times better. My advice is to just stay as far away from student complexes as possible.. They're run by students (the office is anyway) - and you can tell. It's a waste of money.
